Mr. Briody received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Iowa College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Minnesota, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is Past President of the Rhode Island Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association. Mr. Briody is married and the father of three children.
